Switching Subscription Plans

Annual to Monthly Plan / Reducing Seats

Annual plans and plans with more seats offer an inherent discounted rate. When switching to a lower-priced plan or reducing the number of seats, no refund will be issued. Instead, the difference in cost will be converted into credit for future payments. You will resume monthly payments only after this credit is exhausted.
